Welcome to InsightAxisWay.com. These Terms apply to your access and use of leadership development services, digital materials, and merchandise offered by InsightAxisWay (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms as of the date of purchase or registration.

1. Services

InsightAxisWay provides live leadership development courses designed for individual and organizational growth. Service schedules, locations, and formats are detailed on our site.

2. Digital Materials

We may offer digital resources such as e-books, videos, and templates (“digital materials”). Access details will be provided after completion of registration and any required processing steps.

3. Merchandise

Physical items such as books and branded materials (“merchandise”) may be purchased through our site. Delivery times and handling procedures are noted during checkout.

4. Registration and Fees

All offerings require advance registration. Fees must be paid in full via available payment options at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may lead to cancellation of registration.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Live Leadership Development Services: Requests to cancel or adjust dates must be submitted in writing. If you notify us at least 14 days prior to the session start, a full reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days. For notifications between 7 and 13 days prior, a partial reimbursement of 50% of the fee will be issued. Notifications received less than 7 days before the start are not eligible for reimbursement. Participants may request up to two date adjustments without extra charge if made at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date.

5.2 Digital Materials: Once access credentials are delivered, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered except in cases where material is defective; in such an event, corrected versions will be provided promptly without charge.

5.3 Merchandise: Merchandise items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for a full reimbursement of the item price, provided the items remain unused and in original packaging. Purchasers are responsible for shipping expenses. After we receive and verify the condition, reimbursement will be completed within 10 business days. Merchandise exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our site. We collect only the information necessary to deliver services and communicate updates.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, digital materials, and brand elements are owned by InsightAxisWay and protected by copyright and related laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum allowed by law, we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential harm arising from participation in our offerings. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service, digital material, or merchandise at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Singapore.
